How to Participate in the Public Comment Part of a School
Improvement Team Meeting
SIT meetings are normally held on the first Tuesday of each
month at 3:00 p.m. in the Media Center. Meetings are announced
through the school newsletters and school webpage calendar.
Citizens may sign up to speak at the beginning of regular SIT
meetings. Please, contact the principal if you wish to be included
on the agenda. Due to confidentiality requirements, the
public comment time at a SIT meeting is not an appropriate venue
for discussing personnel issues. Such issues should be addressed to
the appropriate administrator in writing.
